The IT specialist rku.it GmbH from Herne cooperates with the Neohelden GmbH, a high-tech start-up from Karlsruhe, in the field of digital assistance, chatbot-systems, and telephone-voice-bots. Several use cases for easy and efficient scheduling have been implemented together since May 2020. To integrate the technology into the workflow of rku.it’s customers, specific applications and areas of application are being identified and realised.

Artificial Intelligence is changing the working world fundamentally. The digital AI assistant “Neo” by Neohelden supports users during that change and focuses on use cases in business environments as well as modeling simple conversations. As an alternative to needing to maneuver various software and having to navigate vastly different menu structures, Neo offers a single, uniform interface for simple use. Employees can direct all tools, machines, and software systems through text and speech, no matter when and where. This makes it possible to document maintenance processes automatically via speech through Neo. Administrative processes and recording travel costs can be made easy with digital assistants.
Neohelden provides the Neo Enterprise Assistant Plattform with the digital assistant Neo as service providers. rku.it consults customers on the areas of application and supports them with implementing the platform.
